Is surface RT worth it for me?

I was asking if I should buy the surface rt the thing is that I have a notebook(very heavy from 2009 with windows 7) and I have the ipad3, the thing is that my notebook I just used it for surfing the web and use word and PowerPoint. And I used to use my ipad for surfing the web(very little) and for the great apps but since I bought the iphone 5 I haven't been using the ipad much I prefer to just played with the ipad at home and play in other places with the iphone so I ask myself should I buy surface rt?

As long as all you do it browse the web, watch, videos, and play apps from the windows app store, than yes. The difference between RT and 8 is that rt can only run applications from the windows store similar to how the Ipad can only run apps from iTunes.
- Windows surface pro have iTunes? I'm thinking about buying the windows 8 surface pro, because it is clearly better than an Ipad, but the only problem is that I have an iPhone 5, i would like to know if it was possible to download iTunes on the tablet? And be able to download and drag music in my phone also to set up my iCloud
- Windows RT surface tablet. Can i download roller coaster tycoon on it and play? Can i actually download the game from online on to my tablet and be able to play it? Link some good free downloads of full versions if you have any.
- Why Surface pro3 Camera sucks? I think Microsoft has a lot of catch ups to do with Apple. I mean if Apple can design iphone 5s with insanely working camera. How come Microsoft couldn't do it with their computers. Just don't make sense!
- What type of paint would adhere to glossy surface on plastic? I'm trying to paint my own iphone case It is a glossed plastic hard case Any tips on how to paint it and make it stay on/not chip? And what type of paint will adhere?
