No, the S4 is just a better version of the S3 just like the iPhone 5 is to the 4S, but I think the iPhone 5 will still be on top.

Even a Nokia is better than iphone 5, so off course s4 is better than iphone 5.
The iPhone 5 is best. The iPhone has been around longer than Samsung phones, so it has more experience. You also have to worry about viruses and other problems on the S4, with the iPhone you're pretty safe.
