Is the iPhone 4s really worth $200 more than the iPhone 4?

After my last question, I thought I'd post one about the iPhone 4/4s. I can get the iPhone 4 on the plan I want for $399 or the iPhone 4s for $599.Is the 4s really worth $200 more than the iPhone 4? Which would you buy?

Added (1). Oh, I was going through Net10.

If I was going to spend that I would go iphone 5, get it on the 2 year contract so they pick up most of the cost.

I have the iPhone 4.It's the same thing as the 4s except people have said that the 4 may have better battery life that the 4s. I don't really know for sure, though. Also, the 4s has siri and the 4 doesn't. In my opinion, it just comes down to whether or not you want Siri. However, you'd have to do more research.

No, they are basically the same.
the 4s is a lil faster and has siri, but you can put siri on any jailbroke iphone 3gs or 4.
also the 4s has a terrible battery life, the 4 has a much better battery

Are you sure the lower price is for a new iPhone 4? Which one?

It might depend on your plan (which your question says nothing about, hmm) but I've seen the unactivated 8GB 4 selling for no less than $499. Maybe your iPhone 4 is used or refurbished. The 4s I've seen selling at $599 is a 16GB model; the hundred-dollar cheaper model is only 8GB, and that price difference seems consistent with the one I've seen between contemporary iPods of different sizes.

So higher capacity, better hardware and siri (and against the possibility that your iPhone will max out on its ability to upgrade to the next iOS and get the latest apps sooner rather than later), some higher price is warranted.

If you can't wait for your upgrade, and you're sure the cheaper iPhone is available at that price and is either new or respectably refurbished and comes with some warranty, go for it. If the cheaper iPhone has more memory, that would tilt things in its favor, but also raise the red flag that your deal is to good to be true).
