Is the iphone 5 still good in 2017? - 1
No
IOS 11 is not compatible with the iPhone 5. If you want the latest software features, you'll need at least the iPhone 5s, or the SE.
I have an iPhone 5s and I love it
I would get the 5s at least at this point, mostly because the 5 is no longer supported in terms of iOS updates
The iPhone 5 wasn't even good in 2016. I know, I've been stuck with mine for what seems like forever. I wanted the iPhone X but due the high cost and more importantly the fact that jailbreaking is pretty much dead, I decided to switch to android and just today got a a Galaxy S8+. I feel like if I pay hundreds to thousands of dollars for a device I should be able to use it how I want and customize it.
I think it is still good if you have one but I agree that the SE or 6s (with 32 gb or more memory) is much better if you are buying one now. I'm using my wife's old iphone 5 as an iPod Touch because it works better with my car stereo with the audible app than my android phone.
- Will Apple still be upgrading the product iPhone in the year 2017? Is there a possibility that there will be iPhone 7, iPhone 7s and so on. Does this mean they will not stop upgrading iPhone and still be selling them at 2017 and so on
- What is the experience of having a refurbished iPhone 4 in 2017? Well you see i'm a 6th grader and I haven't got a phone yet so I was looking in her sock draw cuz i needed socks and i saw a refurbished iphone 4 i was wondering if itwas just a prankbut just in case what is it like
- Should I buy Iphone 5s in 2017? I would like to buy a new phone, i used HOnor 3 for 3 years now, but i need something lot more stable device. Does 5s worth it in 2017, if i want to use it at least for 2-3 years? Is it possible?
- Is the iPhone 6s Plus still good in October 2017? The reason I ask is because I currently have a nexus 6p but the battery is horrible! So I want a different phone and my girlfriend has kind of persuaded me to get an iPhone. But I can't afford a 7/7 plus plus, or 8/8 plus so that is why I'm looking at the 6s plus. I also have a MacBook so I know that if I get an iPhone It will work good with it.
