If you like faster processor and pressure touch features and a better camera, then go for the 6s… Otherwise wait for the 7 next September

Well, 6s have new 12 megapixel rear and 5 megaxiel front iSight camera, 4K video, A9 chip which is faster than previous generation, exclusive features of 3D touch and Live Photos. Last but not least, the material casing is now Aluminum 7000 series, therefore much stronger build and no more bend-gate issue. That's it really.
It is also worth nothing that 6s battery capacity is slightly lower than 6, though Apple claims it's new A9 chip performs more efficiently and will get same amount of juices like the 6.
You could check some of the early reviews or wait for the 2nd wave of them (seeing as the phone came out today) & see what they say about it.
