Is the metal in an iPhone 4 detectable by a metal detector?
I lost my iPhone 4 in the snow the other day and all other ways of looking for it have failed. Does anyone know if the metal in it is detectable in the snow?

If it still in the snow its probably toast but now its full of water too. If you do find it take a bag put rice non cooked in it with the phone I will dry out the phone faster don't turn it on until after you know its dry
otherwise you will be buying a new one water and electronics don't mix
