Is the Nokia Lumia 920 any good?

I get my phone upgrade soon & I'm thinking of getting the Nokia Lumia 920 or the Iphone 4. As my parents both have Iphone 5's I know what they're like, but have no idea if the Lumia's any good. So if you can… What's it like? Good aps? Good camera? Etc Thank you!

Wait till june, a new type of phone will come out that not android.also, prices will drop a lot.

The Lumia 920 is a great phone. It's the best camera-phone in the world. It has Windows Phone 8 which is nice and fast. Because of it's Dual Core processor the Lumia 920 feels really fast and fluid. The build quality is great as well. You'll get some exclusive Nokia Apps like Nokia Music, Nokia City Lens, etc. Which are not available on other Windows Phone devices. But Windows Phone falls shorts in the App catalog. Some famous apps like Instagram, Flipboard are not available for Windows Phone. The Lumia 920 is one of the best phones available right now.
