The better choic and the one worth getting is the one that does what yiu want and costs no more than you'd like to pay.
Your question says nothing about either of those things.
I believe it is a better device, but I believe that a sharp stick in the eye is a better choice than an i-anything.
Is it worth getting? Cost is an issue, but other than that, sure it is! If the phone is too big for you, AND if the Galaxy S5s comes to the US, that would also be a very good choice in an Android phone. Of course there's also the soon-to-be available Nexus 6, with most of what the Note can do but no stylus, but also no Samsung bloatware either!
