Is the verizon wireless mobile hotspot unlimited?
I'm moving to an apartment and thought that maybe instead of an internet plan (since I'm not getting cable) that I would just upgrade my phone data plan to include a mobile hotspot on my iPhone, and get the internet on my laptop via the mobile hotspot on my phone. What I'm still unsure of is this: is this unlimited internet usage, or is it like a data plan with a limited amount of internet usage? Or is it basically just like any internet plan where you pay one price for unlimited internet. Any help would be appreciated!
If you have unlimited data you should have unlimited hotspot data
Yes I'm using it now. I'm in the middle of nowhere in the country with no landline or Wi-Fi and I've used 30gb+ of hotspot data on my Verizon unlimited data plan. Now, the best way to keep an unlimited data plan is another story. If you want to keep the unlimited data plan you can't get a new upgrade phone because doing so requires a new contract. Unlimited data is not available in new contracts. The best bet is to buy used phones only.
Get a 4G adapter instead. The price is almost the same
i used to use my iphone to tethering out internet. However the speed is really slow. I believe it is my iphone can't handle all those data. I now use a 4G USB mobile broadband adapter that use the same mobile signal and i got at least double of the speed

When I first bought this phone I was paying 103.00 for a while, then it went up to 104, 111 and kept getting higher. So a few days ago i receive my bill in the mail and it said 160! What the heck. Its the jump plan ill get. Ill pay 12.00 for 24 mo. And if i get a new phone they won't run my credit again. But with verizon they'll run my credit. Is pretty good. Which means tuesday or Wednesday well now today is memorial day and i know no mail is running. So does it mean i will get the phone Thursday or wedsday
