Is the Wi-Fi LTE in IPhone 6, faster than other mobiles?
No

No. Wi-Fi and LTE are mutually exclusive for a start.
Yes and no. First of all, Wi-Fi and LTE are two different things. The Wi-Fi will be 802.11ac, which is the newest standard that boasts some higher data rates. However, those higher data rates require some hardware options that are not currently available on routers and probably won't be available on mobile devices. Also it doesn't matter what your Wi-Fi data rate is if your Internet connection is slower (which is usually the case). So it would be more accurate to say you will probably have a better Wi-Fi quality than more bandwidth. There are other mobile devices with 802.11ac on the market already, so the iPhone6 isn't new in that department, and you can't really compare when the phone just dropped this morning.
Can't really talk about the LTE part as I don't have any knowledge of that technology.
