Is there a chance i can sell my iphone 4s even if it doesn't connect to Wi-Fi anymore?
Cos recently my iphone doesn't connect to Wi-Fi anymore. From what i know, the problem is not with the software of the phone. I told my mom that it's not connecting anymore and she just shrugged. I was thinking of selling my iphone to buy cheaper ones. Do you think someone will buy it?

Of course you can. I sold many iPhone with defect like crack screen, broken camera, broken lock button. You just have to price it lower since the Wi-Fi does not work. Put it on craigslist because there's no fee and you can get cash. I wouldn't be able to tell you how much since you didn't mention the gb amount and what service is it for. But someone would buy it if its cheap.

That water is extremely salty and ruined my phone. If I took it somewhere and they opened it and cleaned it out, could my pictures possibly be recovered or not?
