Is there a device that stores passwords?
I have different passwords for every website. They are all 20-30 characters and use capitals and lower case letters, numbers and special characters. I can remember a few of them but it's way too difficult to remember every single one of them.
Is there a device that stores all of my passwords and can manually enter them when I plug it into my iPhone? I currently have all of my passwords stored on an app which I open every time I need to log in, but I don't like storing them on my iPhone. I would rather have them stored on a separate device that can recognize the website I'm on and enter the password without me clicking anything.
I don't know if that's even possible but if there's such device, please let me know the name of it
I use lastpass on my computer, and this can fill in the password and username fields for you, not sure if this is the same on a phone or tablet though
You need to learn how to create passwords properly. You've got the length of the password correct, but the rest is a waste. Just string 4 words together that create something easy to remember. As long as it's 16-20 characters long, you're good. Special characters/caps etc do you little good at that length.
LastPass has a free version for storing passwords. There's also Dashlane and a few others.
- IPhone isn't saving passwords? It's driving me mad keep putting email address and passwords in my iPhone 4S iOS 7.It says live.com is not allowing the phone to save passwords? Is this Microsoft from my laptop and how can I change these settings please? Plus - do I have my iphone account set at yahoo or iCloud? There's also calendar in the list.
- IPhone has forgotten hotmail and App Store passwords Went to download something on the App Store. Typed in my password correctly 3 times but it's rejecting it. Also tried to refresh my hotmail account on my iPhone and that too is saying the password is incorrect. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Passwords that I entered are definitely correct
- If you jailbreak your iphone, will the Wi-Fi passwords still be saved? I think I'm gonna jailbreak my iphone but I have tons of Wi-Fi passwords saved that I don't exactly remember. I want to make sure that when I do jailbreak it, all the passwords will be saved.
