Is there a free app for iPhone that you can watch new movies and all so tv shows?
I used to have cartoon hd but that doesn't work anymore.

Of course not, new movies are copyright. You could get the netflix app and a subscription or rent movies through itunes.

Apple have been taking down lots of streaming apps lately.
There's still Crackle and Hulu though.
But there are website alternatives to cartoon HD.
