Is there a free app that lets you search and listen to music with no Wi-Fi and data?

I have an iphone 6s and I'm looking for a free app that lets you search and listen to music with no Wi-Fi and data.

NO such thing, sorry!

Please use LEGAL buy-a-download resources similar to iTunes or Amazon!

Please keep in mind that you can download/share only copyright-free material for free, unless the copyright owners allow free downloading/sharing of their material. All sites and resources that provide COPYRIGHTED material to be downloaded/shared for free, but WITHOUT permission from the copyright owners are equally ILLEGAL! So, unless you are about to download copyright-free material, please start using legal buy-a-download resources ONLY. Having no money/credit card is NEVER an excuse to STEAL anything anyway, so there's a very good reason why all the ILLEGAL sites/resources are being shut down and their users being sued for illegal downloading. It is also the reason why there's NO direct download button available on YouTube. NOT all in music business are super rich, besides, all the studio engineers, backing vocalists, instrumentalists etc. DO deserve to get paid for the sheer hard work they do in order to make the music for us. I very much doubt YOU would work for 30+ years without getting paid either.

When I used a smartphone I could buy tracks for less than £2 each and download it to the phone, then they were there on the device so it didn't cost anything to play them again, there was just a small initial cost and you usually have to pay for music unless you are stealing it by piracy, and even if you are being a pirate you'd still use some Wi-Fi or data when you steal it. How would you search and listen with no Wi-Fi or data? Where is it going to come from? The only other thing I did without using Wi-Fi or data was ripping files from my old CD's which is legal as I'd already bought the CD's years ago.

No, Spotify is close but you need data or Wi-Fi, regardless of the app.

Search where? On your phone?

If you mean on the internet, no. Because that would be data and streaming. So without a Wi-Fi or cellular data connection you will not be searching the internet or streaming music. So at some point, when you do have an internet connection, music will need to be found either free or paid for, and downloaded to your phone if you want to listen to music on the go, without a data connection, using your phone like an MP3 player or iPod.

Asking for an impossibility. If you have no internet at all then there's no way to search for anything other than what's on the phone in the 1st place.
