Is there a professional grade camera that doesn't flip the image?

I know this sounds odd but you know how the iPhone is infamous for flipping the image from what you see when you take a picture with the front facing camera? And on Snapchat when you take a picture or a video, the camera acts more like a mirror when taking a picture or filming so the outcome is exactly what you saw when you took the picture. Well, is there a professional grade camera (i.e. Canon T3i) that doesn't flip the image/acts like the Snapchat camera when it's taken or when a videos taken? Or maybe is there a camera out there that gives you the option of keeping the image normal or acting more like a mirror? I feel like this is a dumb question but I just had to ask.

If you take a photograph of anything with some writing on it, you will be able to read it directly from the LCD. If the image was "flipped" the writing would be seen to be backward and difficult to read

The Canon T3 is NOT a professional grade camera - it is an entry level digital SLR camera, the least expensive one that Canon makes… A professional grade camera (one that is very robust, has a metal chassis and environmental seals to keep dust and moisture out of the camera) will cost you in the neighborhood of $3,000 to nearly $7,000 without a lens.

And I know of NO digital camera that gives the user a choice if they want to record the images correctly or "flipped" like you would see something in a mirror Buy a Hasseblad HD-4 with a 80mm lens. You can't go wrong! Leica M9 Ditch your iPhone and buy a Samsung!
