Is there a simple quick fix to get the audio, using copy only?

DVD Movie: The Family Man - In the copy process, I used the most current DVDFab v9 (not Beta) that was updated/released 11/13/2013 (USA). The movie would play, but no audio. I had to copy the full disk to get the audio to work. Normally, I only copy the movie. Is there a simple quick fix to get the audio, using copy only? My technical knowledge is not that advanced. Thank you in advance for any help given.

Added (1). @Tang Later I think that the copy mode may not be the best solution for me. I should use the dvd ripper mode of my dvd fab. Thank you all the same.

Added (2). I also decide to update to the newest verion of my tool from http://www.dvdfab.cn/download.htm and get the dvd ripper and do the work.

You can try BlazeVideo DVD Copy, I have used it for years and all my video and audio are kept every time I copy it to my iPhone or onto a blank disc. You can have a look at the tips below, it would make things easier.

I'm a user of DVDFab DVD Copy, and I haven't encountered the same problem you described. I reconmmend you to get in touch with DVDFab company to get the timely technology support.
