Is there a software where I can use to transfer my old SMS from iPhone to HTC One?
I changed a phone, from iPhone 4 to HTC One and I synced everything but the only thing left now is to transfer my Messages from my iPhone to my HTC. I tried a software called 'Wondershare MobileTrans', but that didn't really work as it couldn't connect with my HTC.
Is there any other software that does the same job that can connect with both HTC and iPhone (Ideally on Mac)?
I tried doing it through iTunes and HTC Sync Manager but that didn't work. Also if you suggest any other ways please do, and if you know a way to copy my messages from iPhone into my SIM card, that could still work.
You can't copy messages to your SIM card. The SIM card is not designed for storage (although it will store a small number of basic contacts). The SIM is only for identifying your account to the network.
SMS messages are, by default, stored on the device in the phone's memory. You have to save them to some storage device in order to move them to another device.
I don't know anything about Apple apps, so you'll need to search the app store for an app that will backup SMS messages. I would look for one that backs them up to some standard format, such as an XML file.
In Android, you can use SMSBackup to restore SMS messages to your HTC device. This is a free app.
- My HTC one isn't receiving messages? My old iPhone is still I just got my HTC today, I had an iPhone with messages also on my computer. I turned off my Wi-Fi from my iPhone, messages, iMessage on my phone, and all text messaging ability from my iPhone. But, my HTC still isn't receiving text messages. - IPhone 4S display vs HTC One X display: which one is better? According to Apple and other sources, at 300 pixels per inch, the human eye can't distinguish between individual pixels, and with 326ppi, the Retina Display is comfortably over that 300ppi limit. But the HTC One X is 312ppi, also above the 300ppi limit, so does that technically make it a "Retina" display? (The One X also has a 1280x720 res while iPhone 4S has 960x640)
