Is there a weather iphone app that acts as your lock screen?

If you're jailbroken than yes, but I'm assuming you're not, so unfortunately no only because apple doesn't allow application developers to make things like that… Kinda why I stick to BlackBerry and android.
Anyways is it really a big deal, you could just unlock the phone and swipe from the top (notification center) and see the weather from there.
Or an alternative would be stick your head out the Window and figure it out lol
