Is there am application like gimp on iPhone?
With gimp, there's a way to change the contrasts of a photo to make shirts see through. Is there an application that allows me to edit the contrasts of a photo on an iPhone like gimp?

Image editors such as GIMP or Adobe Photoshop can't be used to see through shirts. It's impossible.
