Is there an app for iPhone that shuts the phone down completely while driving?

I need an app that will entirely disable the phone while it's in motion. It doesn't matter about being a passenger or not; if the phone's in motion at driving speeds I want it to be disabled. Do Not Disturb While Driving is not good enough because it can be overridden by the push of a button. I want the phone to not function at all until the vehicle is stopped.

Added (1). This is not an issue of myself not using my phone; I want to disable my son's phone while he's driving.

Just turn your phone off.

Turn your phone off and lock it in the glove box.

Simply turn the thing off. How hard is that?

Better yet, lock it in the trunk. But if you were trying to do that for your teenagers or something, that's a whole different thing. Then an app like that would be great.

Yeah they have that but its not cheap.
we have this set up on our company phones
you must set the phone up with an MDM (mobile device management software) we use mobicontrol.
there's an option for "speed control" basically if they are moving faster than x speed for x seconds the phone displays "this phone is disabled at this speed please slow down to use your phone"

Don't think what you want exists. As you mentioned DND while Driving is as close as you may get.
