Is there an APP or a way that I can transfer my IPod music to my IPhone for free?

Back it up on Itunes on your ipod then plug in your iphone and back it up and then everything from your ipod goes into your iphone
Save all of the music from your iPod on to intones on your computer then plung in your phone and save them on it. Or you could use iCloud if they are under the same account
- Lost my iphone.is there a way to transfer my purchased music? I recently lost my iphone, where i purchased alot of music. I did not purchase it on the computer, so it is not saved there. I bought it straight from my phone, and my itunes library only shows those songs on the computer when that phone is plugged in.
