Is there an iPhone app to stream movies from my computer to my iPhone via a network?
The ability to stream video files that are on my computer exists on other devices I own (for example I can watch video files from my computer on my Xbox 360 without having to move them since my computer and Xbox are on the same lan network).So I'm just wondering if there's a way to watch my video files on my iPhone while being connected to my Wi-Fi (the same Wi-Fi my PC is connected to). I hope I explained this in a way that makes sense.
Look for VLC. That's a free open source app for some phones, and maybe there's a version for the iPhone by now.
- Where can Watch/Stream Movies On my IPhone? Well i'm currently using ITheatr.es which is really good! It has a LARGE! Movie selection but there's a problem, it keeps buffering, like it would play for 30 seconds than buffer for 1 minute than play again, it was working fine on my iphone yesterday, now its not working. Youtube works fine in HD and buffers correctly but i don't know why itheatr.es is not buffering correctly please help!

Is it illegal to stream movies on movie box on my iPhone not actually downloading movies but just downloading the software that let's me download and stream movies I would only stream the movies and NOT download them If you don't know what movie box is it's basically a application from cydia that let's you stream and download movies
- I clicked 'Forget this Network' on the Wi-Fi network, and I need to use that network? I'm on iPhone 4, with iOS 6, and like I mentioned, it was an accident and I need to use that network!
