Is there another way to turn off an iPhone?
I have an iPhone 4 and the button on the top that turns the phone off/puts it in sleep mode doesn't work. Is there another way to turn it off? Answers would be really helpful, thanks!
If your power button is broken, that is a hardware issue, and you can contact Apple Tech Support to check your hardware warranty (one year free), and see your replacement options. If you are within your hardware warranty, it's a free repair/replacement, you just have to choose the option that works for you (which does include shipping). However, I'd suggest doing it sooner, rather than later, as they are going to be swamped with calls soon because of the new launch.

I wanted to reset all my settings so I did and now it's a black screen with a loading sign (circle) and it's been like that for a few hours, I tried holding the button on the top and nothing happened. I tried connecting it to my macbook pro and that doesn't work either. What do I do? Do I just wait for it the battery to die or get a new iPhone?
