Ok I have the iPhone 5 and I have tmobile and I was wondering if there's any way to see all the old text messages that I've already deleted
No, unfortunately you can't. I don't know of any phones that have a deleted folder, so next time, look at what you delete! Hope this helps x

Have you ever made a backup for your stuff? If yes, you can restore them from the backup.
To restore information from a backup, use one of the following methods after connecting your iPhone to the computer with which you normally sync:
