Is there any way to get completely deleted photos back?

I have an Iphone 6 and I have a photo that I took in probably April, 2017. I deleted this photo and also cleared it from recently deleted. I really need this photo back and is there anyway I can get it back?

That does seem to be an issue with mobiles and technology in devices with weird memory ram, it's there, but not tagged as image anymore, more like empty data field on a block in memory, but depending on how device reorganized storage memory, it could be overwritten with new files, then it is no long whole but corrupted with new data, , though you may be able to get a copy of that data block sector, and reconstitute the old from new, if you had advanced undelete or unerase tools, which requires other devices or computer now a days,

First if you did take photo to share, then check email or cloud to see if it has copy, or if you shared online like Facebook, then they may have copy,

Otherwise you may have to use desktop via iTunes, which you should use to sync backup anyways, but find desktop tools to connect and unerase, if not, then you have no tools to recover file or data

Stop using the gadget and memory card then use recovery software.

When you "delete" a photo and clear the recently deleted folder, you're not actually doing anything to the actual 1s and 0s that make up the file. What you are doing is telling the computer or phone or tablet, that the specific area on the storage device is now available. Computers, phones, tablets, etc… Do this by keeping track of each sector of the storage device and whether or not those areas are considered free space.

So as long as new data does not get written to the area that the file occupies, you can then easily recover the data. You do that with data recovery software such as Recova, which resets the sectors that the file occupies back to write protected. Once that happens, your OS will show you the file in a folder.
