Is there anyone whose iphone is not ringing to let you know your being called?

Please do not say anything rude or stupid
I was going through a problem with my iphone but found the solution somehow wasn't on the Internet
If you can get the call sometimes. Please do not make any stupid comments like everyone knows that becuz I did not know. If you have the do not disturb on then that would be the reason, turn it off. I did not know this and even the apple store did not tell me this, or online.
