Added (1). The question says it all. I don't want notifications for texts, but do want them for calendar events. Any options? Or is there anything other than Do Not Disturb for which it'll work? Or is there a specific calendar app that'll do it for me?
No. That's system-wide. Wouldn't be much if you get 'disturbed' for one thing but not for others.
I know you can do that for android i don't know about apple though
