Is there anyway to revert my iphone 5 back to ios 5?
Currently 6.1.3, want to jailbreak to play some pokemon games, evidently you can't jailbreak on ios 6

You can't revert it and you can jailbreak on IOS 6. Use evasi0n to jailbreak it.
No, you can't downgrade or jailbreak. Evasi0n will not release further updates past iOS 6.1.2 until iOS 7 comes out. You can always wait for someone else to release a untethered jailbreak, but if you only want to play pokemon games, then get a DS lite from amazon.
