Is there anyway to transfer pictures from a broken iPhone?
My iPhone broke a few weeks ago, and there are a lot of photos on it that can never be replaced. I think the issue is with the battery, as the phone won't charge or connect to iTunes, but stupidly, I decided to take the phone apart to try get it working. I think I may have damaged the screen too. Is there any way at all I can retrieve the photos? I can't afford to bring it to a repair shop, and IIm desperate to get them back. Also, the phone hadn t been backed up at the time.
If your computer can't recognize the iPhone when you plug it in, you're out of luck.

That's why it's important to have a backup. If you don't, you're tempting fate. Use this to learn from that mistake. Backup at least every two weeks or so. Use iTunes, iCloud, Dropbox, or whatever you like, but make sure that you have a good back up
