Not really. The two phones are almost the same except the 4s has siri and the 4 does not.other than that they are the same.

I currently have an iphone 4s and think well what else can they really do apart from make the screen wider and overall a thinner model. It's already quick enough and the camera is awesome. Also the same ios is going to be available for the iphone 4s and 5 so they'll just the same almost! I know they may have some new feature or two but really have they reached the max yet?
