Is there software or an app for a photographers studio?
So I'm shooting my school's prom next year as the photographers studio setup. I was wondering if there was some kind of software where the students would be able to walk up to an iPad provided at a table or download an app on their iPhone to where they could pick out what prints, digital files, enhancements etc. That they wanted, pay from the app (if using a credit card) and have all the info sent to my laptop as a database showing their info, what they wanted & whether they had paid already or not. This would make wait times go a lot quicker than they were before. I have a tethered shoot through my laptop using Aperture 3 using a custom preset to change WB, Exposure etc.
Photographers usually have an online "photo store" to do what you are suggesting.
However this usually takes some time for them to do ( maybe a week or so ) and everyone will be given a link to view, select and pay for their photos.
As an individual with a camera and no website using Pay Pal or credit card that will not work for you. What you can do is this:
1. Take all the photos at the prom.
2. Put them on a laptop and let everyone choose the photos they want (at a later date).
3. Get a notebook and write down the the photos they want, enhancements they want.
4. Get a good photo editor program and printer (with lots of ink for the job) then make the prints they want. Also you will need photo paper for each print.
5. When everything is printed, show the prints to the individuals and collect the money.
Credit should not be an option because you can lose a lot of money from "non-payment".
What you are planning will involve a lot of work and no little expense.

- What cameras are best for beginner photographers but cheap? I love taking pictures but the iPhone quality isn't cutting it for me anymore. I wanna be a photographer later on but for now I want to find a camera that's for beginners and cheap. Pictures like on tumblr is what I'm aiming for. - Photographers, what is this? My iPhone has adjusted to focus on details in the clouds via my excessive use of camera to snap pics of them. This has not influenced any other eventual pictures taken by mí phone. ( facebook.com/giganticjacob ) So of course this is normal right. But photographers, what term would describe this happening?
- Is there any difference between the beats wireless studio 2 and the brand new studio 3 wireless headphones? I currently have the beats pro that I bought a few years ago and I have the new iPhone 8 and it doesn't take a headphone jack unless you buy the special adapter which isn't godly expensive like $5-7. But to me that defeats the purpose of the phone. I was just curious as to if there are any key differences between the two and if so, what are they? Which would you prefer the two? Or maybe even keeping my headphones and getting the adapter?
- Is there a FREE app/software that I can download to delete my iphone data permanently? I was thinking of selling my iPhone 5s to buy a new phone. I know that restoring factory settings and deleting all files are just not enough.
