Is this a normal heart rate?
I used this iPhone app that supposedly can check your heart rate by having you put the tip of your finger on the camera lens and it said my heart rate was 88bpm. I don't know how accurate this is but if it is, I'm 18, 5'4" and weigh 145. Is this an okay number? I heard 60-99 is normal range for resting bpm but I just wanna make sure…
That is normal. The normal heart rate range is from 60 - 100 bpm, and you are in that range (88 bpm). If you did have a problem with a heart, you probably would have found out some other way (palpitations, chest pains, etc.)
Yea it's normal
Yes that's normal nothing to worry about atall
So you are taking health advice from a camera lens and app? Lol

- Every morning I check my heart rate on my fitbit tracker/app on my iPhone. Yesterday morning I found it as low as 38 BPM. Is that normal? It only happened once before and was wondering if a resting heart rate should go down so low. Normally my resting heart rate can go down to 50 during a nights sleep. But 38 BPM seems too low. Anyone know anything about this sort of thing? by the way I'm soon to be 63 years old
