Is this a valid reason to make a genius appointment?
My iPhone 4S has been fine but some apps crash will they fix it and will it come up in a diagnosis? Safari youtube as well as a few games would go straight back to home. Also I have a custom back (an iphone 5 back) can i request they take it off and give it to me
They will say just wait for the new updates to come out for the apps
- Would my iPhone warranty be valid? I have an iPhone 4 that stopped working. If there were no signs of water damage, would Apple have to replace it even if it's no longer under contract with AT&T (I have a 4S now.)?
- What if I miss an appointment with Apple? My iPhone has a cracked screen that I wanted to get fixed. An appointment was made with Apple, but then I realized it was past the appointment time. Is Apple going to be like "Hey, you missed your appointment" or will nothing happen?
- What does apple do at a reserve and pick up appointment? I just scheduled a reservation to pick up a iPhone 6s on Sept. 25… What exactly do they do at one of those appointments… I just wanted to pick up my phone and leave.
- SIM not valid for Iphone 3 My iphone broke so my brother gave me a used one that was on the Rogers network that his friend didn't use anymore, I'm under contract with Telus, I put my SIM card in the phone and brought it back to factory settings and then it says SIM not valid. What can I do to fix this so I can use the phone?
