Is this Iphone 5 contract legit?

This phone contact deal seems pretty good, i've seen previous ones in the past like this, but they have come with a catch of claiming the money back each month.
For example it charges £48 a month, but if you remember you claim cash back to only make it £25 a month you are paying, but the companys always make it ridulous dates that you never remember, so is this deal a legit deal.
Does it say that I don't have to claim cash back? Its just auto and i actually pay £25 a month with no claiming anything and thats the deal?
Could someone investigate for me? I don't really understand how to find out to do it.

The deal made sense; after all it must have had a lot of the toys sitting in its warehouse after people rushed to buy something more advanced from Samsung.
