Is this iPhone considered an upgrade?
Okay, so I'm on a contract with at&t. About two years ago, I wanted to upgrade to a smartphone. Well, the IDIOT salesperson convinced me to buy a 2 GB Samsung double time. I hate it with a passion. I want to upgrade, but I can't until October. My dad told me for my birthday, that I could buy a iPhone 4s off of ebay. He has buys and sells off of ebay frequently and has had no problems, so I jumped at the opportunity. What I want to know is this: If I bring my own unlocked phone to At&t, will it be considered as an upgrade? And if it's not, than I can upgrade to a 5 (or the newest) in October?
No it's not considered an upgrade. Upgrade means you renew your contract to receive another phone for free (depends on what you want) from your carrier directly. You can add as many different phones you want to your account and your account remains unchanged. So if you get a new phone now, activate it, you are still qualified for an upgrade in October, with a new contract of course
- Would it be considered stupid/arrogant/weird if I got this iPhone case but I'm not in the army? I support our army because they are strong and fight for our lives. Also, I'm aspiring doctor who wants to work in the US armed forces as a physician. Would it be bad for me to get this iPhone case that I came across and liked? http://www.amazon.com/...00A6USCPO/
- Will the IPhone 5 be considered cool and will the price drop? So I want to get an IPhone but its too much money that I can't really afford so I'm thinking of getting an IPhone 5. But will the IPhone 5 price drop once it comes out and will it still be considered cool? Because one the IPhone 5 came out alot of people got the 5 and considered the 4S to be boring.
- Why's iphone 5 considered best smartphone? What's special about it? What are some features in iphone 5 which is not in other smartphones? I find some smartphones with better processor, camera etc.
- What is considered using data on iphone? What kind of apps use data and what are some that don't use up your data? For example apps like Facebook, Tumblr, instagram, are they considered using data? Also when you download music on iTunes does that include data usage?
