Is unplugging and plugging in charger to iphone 4s too many times in a row bad for the iphone?
For some reason it is become slightly harder to insert the charging cord into the charging port of iphone. So i tested it a few times (6-7) in a row too see for differences. I did not really find anything. Is it harmful to plug and unplug iphone too many times, is it bad for the internal devices and the charging port itself?
just too paranoid about my iphone
The port on your phone may become loose overtime. Other than that, don't charge your phone for a little bit and take it off to use it again. Always deplete your battery to 1% and then charge to 100% without using it whilst it's charging.
Well, not really, but sort of. That little jack will wear out with a predictable number of in-out cycles. Look in it and the plug for dirt or fuzz. Make sure the plug has not gotten mashed or distorted some how. Look in it with a magnifying glass to inspect these things. Try to protect your plug and port. Plug into the phone before you plug into the wall. Unplug from the wall before you pull the plug from the phone. That way there's no tiny spark to shorten the life of the plug & port.
