Added (1). It isn't for my data use its my boyfriends. Usually on the weekends it runs only abut 1, 000 KB's, but once hes at work its 30-40, 000KB's a day. He doesn't use pandora and doesn't have a fb account.

Haha try downloading through Wi-Fi on your phone or if you need to use less data a day set automatic updates off and notifications off or download the things you want on your pc and then load them to your phone using your iphone desktop manager. And if you want to download large files download them in rar. Or zip file format and unzip them using winrar
