ISS Goes on Permanent Record?

I'm a stupid dumb retarded 8th grader and I got my self in ISS. Sometimes I do stuff that I'm not thinking. I never felt a iPhone 5 before. My friends locker combo was something i knew. I opened and just felt it and I was going to put it back on the end of the day. So when I was going to put it in, a teacher came by and I panicked and didn't put it in. I waited over the weekend and put it in the office like a dumbass. I wish I could take back what I did. He didn't know it was me I couldn't tell him. They found out and I got ISS. I'm one of the stupidest trouble makers ever. Will college boards be able to see this? Would they ignore this or make a big deal out of it? Please help me I really want to got NYU and I get pretty good grades. Again I'm in 8th grade. I go to west hollow middle school hhh

Dude, relax. Just stop stealing stuff and acting impulsively. If you do hard physical work after school, you'll mellow out. Try getting a job cutting yards or throwing papers or something.It'll make you slimmer too, so chicks will dig it. And money helps too.
