There's nothing you can do about the stain unless you replace the phine casing.
But the nail polish remover has also clearly damaged the phone loudspeaker or the volume muting switch on the upper left side of the phone. Live with the fault, or replace the faulty switch or the faulty speaker (or both).
Depending upon how old your iPhone is, it may be far cheaper to sell your damaged phone and to buy a good used replacement model.
