It's 3 am and I got to go to work at 8 am?

What do I do it's 3am here and I got to go to work at 8 how to fall asleep or what's some fun brain thinking iphone games

Cell phones make it harder to sleep, it's scientifically proven that the light stimulates your brain. So I you want sleep GET OFF your PHONE!

However, if I were you I'd do an all nighter so by tomorrow night you will be so tired you will go to sleep very easily, and also your sleeping schedule won't be so messed up.

Playing games on your phone won't help. Take some Ny Quil and set your alarm. Or pull an all-nighter and then go to sleep tomorrow

Try to get your mind blank don't think of anything that worries or stresses you and turn off all lights so you can go to sleep

I feel ya, I had a final exam this week and I couldn't sleep… Never did sleep… I just couldn't sleep… Got an A on the exam though xD

  • My mom and i got the same phone and same plan yet her internet loads all the time and mine never does? Two iPhone 7+. Same unlimited data plan. Yet literally no matter where I'm, nothing that uses data loads unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi. Yet my mom's internet loads no matter where she is. It's even happened that we're in the same place trying to load the same thing and hers loads while mine doesn't. Yes, I have my data turned on. I've made sure all my data settings are identical to my mom's. So i really don't know what could be causing this.
  • My iPhone got wet and won't work? My phone was next to my drink yesterday and the drink spilt a bit, the screen is completely dark but the actual phone still works, I tried putting it under a hair dryer and also tried putting it in rice for 24 hours, is there any other way I can make it work again? I really need the help thanks x
