ITunes 10.7 didn't recognize my iPhone 5?
I know nothing is wrong with my cable or anything because I clicked on my phone in the Computer section and it was there and displayed all of my DCIM photos. But when I plugged it in, iTunes 10.7 showed no signs of even seeing it.

Most probably it will work in rare case if it not then sometimes it happens that iphone touch is not recognized in iTunes or Mac. If you reinstall iTunes, your device may be recognized. However, restarting your Mac may result in the device not being recognized again.
