ITunes account not working on ipad and iPhone
For some reason my iTunes account is not working on my ipad or iPhone, I've reset the password twice and still not working, any suggestions please?
You may have exceeded the device allowance per account. How many devices have you had linked to one account? Did it originally work then stop or has it never worked.
Plug each device into your computer and allow them to sync.
Authorise the Computer with correct password.
After you sync the devices unplug them and try again.
- Speakers on IPad and IPhone not working? The speakers on my iPad 2 are playing sound, but it sounds almost as though it were silent. I put it on full volume, and it just won't play high at all! I would need to put my ear to the speaker just to hear something. Also, if I put in headphones, no sound at all plays. I'm almost positive it has nothing to do with the settings because I tried that already. The iPhone won't play any sound at all, and it had nothing to do with the mute button.
- Is there any way I can transfer stuff I purchased from iTunes on one account, to a new/other account? Let's say I purchased 30 songs & 3 movies on an account with iTunes (let's call that account, account A) & now, 2 years later, I create a new account (account B) & now I want to keep my old stuff, the 30 songs & 3 movies, is there any possible way I can transfer my purchased items from account A to account B?
- IPhone and iPad Wi-Fi and iPhone 3g not working after ios7 update? After updating to IOS7 on my iPad Mini and iPhone 4, the internet and 3g won't work. I've only tried connecting it to my home network, but my laptops internet is fine so why isn't my apple products? Any help is appreciated?
- How do I switch an iPhone7 iTunes account over to a different account? My friend is getting a divorce from her husband but has his iTunes account on her phone. She doesn't have the password and wants to just get his iTunes account off her phone and/or use her own iTunes account on her phone. How does she switch?
