Itunes and APPstore problem
So a couple years ago I got a ipod touch 2nd gen, and i friend made me a itunes and app store account and said that it's better if you have the UK version. So now I have a iphone 5s and i really think that was stpid desicion how can i fix it?
Backup and restore your phone then put in your real contry when you set up your phone
You better get your own account and do so As soon as possible. Otherwise they can use find my iphone and shut yours down, track you, etc. Get your own account and don't give the password to anyone.
- Why won't the AppStore work properly When I go on the AppStore on my Iphone it goes as far as the information for the app that I want to download and then when I click on the bit where it says "free" or the price nothing happens it should come up with enter your password and account name but it doesn't do anything. How can I fix this?
- Why does the appstore say that the app is incompatible with my iphone? Okay my iPhone 3gs has an ios of 4.2.1 i downloaded apps that is compatible with that ios so why does it say that it is incompatible with my iPhone. My iPhone is up to date or updated. WhY? I downloaded the apps through iTunes and when i sync my iPhone to the computer then put the apps in it it say it is incompatible with the iPhone! Why?
- Why can't I log into the AppStore and update or download apps? Every time I try to download or update an app it's stops it right away, so I looked it up and it said to sign out restart your iPhone and sign back in then it will work. But I can't sign back in or download or update my apps. What can I do?
- Where do i change the credit card for my iphone on the appstore? I bought something on my iphone with what i thought was my credit card but i checked my balance afterwards and saw that the balance hadn't changed. So that means it's charging someone elses card and not mine. How do i change what card it charges?
