ITunes deleted things from my iPhone?
I had some music and some videos, which i wanted to put in my iPhone 5 via iTunes. I had to delete them to add new ones.
How do i restore a backup? Meaning that how do i bring the things back?
I'm not using iphone, so i don't knew much about the itunes. Do you want to recover your files in iphone5? Maybe, it is for you!

- IPhone music deleted when I deleted music usage, recovery? I was trying to get rid of the "other" data on my iPhone 5 so I tried deleted the music usage in settings>general>usage. But it deleted all my music! How do I get it back?
