Itunes is asking me to restore my iphone?
I just upgraded to the latest itunes and as it was downloading, my computer shut off. When I turned it back on my phone screen was frozen on the apple and a white "loading" bar that would not load even when i plugged it back in. My itunes didn't recognize my iphone and when i finally got it unfrozen, it told me i needed to restore my iphone. I'm not worried about my apps or music because i had just synced those, but i'm more worried about my contacts and pictures. I have 3 thousand pictures since the last time I synced and this time it did not download my pictures when I synced my iphone. I don't want to lose those pictures i have all of my christmas and holiday pictures on there and i would be absolutely devastated to lose them. Is there anything that i could do? (I have an iphone 5 if that makes any difference)
If you restore it saves everything then downloads it back in. It works for my iPhone
- Why does my iPhone keep asking for updates? I've done the iOS6 update two different times and my phone just asked for it again yesterday. I don't understand. I have an iPhone4 btw.
- Why does iTunes keep asking me for a credit card? I made my iTunes account on my computer and for credit cards I put none. I don't have Internet anymore so I'm just using my iPhone. But I used my moms credit card to buy a couple apps. Then my cousin stole her credit card so she canceled it. So I tried to take it off but it won't let me even download free apps or anything it says that I have to fix my billing info, but I don't have a credit card please help!
- When you restore an iphone from itunes backup does it restore messages? I need to restore my iPhone 4S in iTunes, will I lose my messages or will it leave the messages from my most recent back up?
- My iPhone keeps asking me for my apple I. D password? I changed my apple Id and password. Whenever I go to the App Store from my iPhone it asks for my new password to my new apple id which is good. But at random times when I'm texting or something, the old Id will pop up and asks me to type in my password. I don't know how to fix this but it's driving me crazy. :/
