ITunes is not accepting my debit card
I've used it all the time and it worked but my debit card recently expired so now I have a new card just with a new security code and exp date now every time I try to put my information it says that my card didn't work that my payment method was declined? And now I can't update my apps on my iPhone help please!
First have your try clearinbg your computer cache?
i think what is happening is the computer is reading the old card not new card
try clearing the cache once that does the computer has to find update or newer page
Make sure everything is selected right in the options.
- Why does my debit card get declined? I have an iPhone 5 and I've had my debit card linked to it for months and I've had no problems with it and I day I tried downloading a free app but it wouldn't let me cause it said my card was declined. What happened? I tried putting my info in again but that didn't work.
- Using your debit card on an ipod touch or iphone? If I used my debit card on my ipod touch to by something is it still at risk of being hacked or from someone being able to use it? I'm talking about buying stuff off of safari like on amazon or whatever
- ITunes isn't accepting my iPhone? I want to put music on my phone but when I go to iTunes I get a message telling me that my phone can't be used because it requires iTunes version 11.1 or later. I'm pretty sure I did that already. How can I make sure? ITunes accepts my phone on my computer but it doesn't on my moms computer. Why's that?
- ITunes isn't accepting my debit card but it used to? My iPhone recently began asking me to enter my debit card details when I'm on iTunes and the APP store… It used to work just fine but even when I enter my security number correctly and all of the other information is correct, apple won't accept it? I'm with Lloyds
