ITunes on macbook pro won't let me put music on iPhone 5? How do I fix this?
I just bought this macbook a week ago and whenever I download a song and try to drag it to my iPhone it doesn't work. What is going on? How do I fix it?

Also, be sure you are logged in to iTunes on both devices using the same Apple ID and password (for purchased songs).

So I downloaded a couple of songs off youtube, and usually I can just sync and the music will be on there, but I downloaded the new Itunes and I can't figure out how to do it. The songs are in my library and Itunes keeps telling my phone can't be backed up also when I plug in my phone, it is highlighted grey like it's not selectable.
