ITunes on my iPhone 4 is broken?
So today whenever I tried to listen to a song from the list of songs, it would delete the song from my library and shuffle to a new one, sometimes deleting the new one too!
The deleted songs would either disappear or stay in my library but are grayed out with a circle next to them?
It also happens when I try to listen to something in a playlist or album. Half the time the song will work but half the time it will disappear, or just play the wrong song!
Can I fix this or is it time for a new phone? Nothing else seems to be broken.
This happens a lot with synced unpurchased music. Check the file format. You might have to copy the music back into itunes. Unsync the music… Restart the phone then sync back over.
- Will Apple replace my broken iPhone 5 with another iPhone 5 or an iPhone 5S? The power button is no longer working on my iPhone 5, and there's 1 year warranty on it. If I were to being it to Apple, would they give me a new iPhone 5, or a 5S? I was just wondering because the iPhone 5 is no longer made or sold by Apple.
- Why won't iTunes let my iPhone go into iTunes? My brother put a password on my iPhone, and he forgot it. I, stupidly, tried a whole bunch of passwords to see if I could get it, and not my phone is disabled. I tried connecting it to iTunes to get it undisabled so I can restore my phone, but it keeps saying I need to put in the password in order for me do get onto iTunes. This happen to anybody else? Can somebody Please help me!
- When apple replaces a broken iphone, do you get to keep the old broken one? The back camera on my iPhone 4s broke (just stopped working), so I called Apple and I have an appointment set up to replace the old phone with a brand new one. But, I want to know if when they give me the new phone, will they let me keep the old one? The phone still works fine except for the camera. In fact, it's almost perfect. And obviously I want to sell the old one on ebay to make a boat load.
- What will happen if I use itunes with a jail broken Iphone? I have an Iphone 3s which was recently jail broken via a system called cydia in China. I haven't clicked on the cydia app yet i only jail broke it so i can put my Australian sim card in it. When i connected my iphone with itunes it attempted to 'restore' but i unplugged it. So what will happen to my phone if I connect it to itunes? Will it corrupt it? Full details please! btw i paid for some guy to jail break my phone so i have no idea about cydia
