ITunes Store shows no music or my purchases?
I just installed the very newest update to iTunes. I'm able to play and listen to music from my computer just perfectly fine, but their Store is not working. I can see their front page, like everything that's being advertised is showing, but whenever I try to search for a specific Artist, there's absolutely no music showing up. I also then try to see my "Purchases" on my account, NOTHING is showing.
Other people who have asked this were using an iPhone, however I do not own an iPhone or ANY smart phone with apps for that matter. I'm using my laptop as I speak, and am experiencing the same issue.
1. Visit the Amazon MP3 store and purchase your desired songs, if you have not done so already. When you click "Buy," you will be prompted to download and install the Amazon MP3 Downloader utility, if it is not installed already. The Amazon MP3 Downloader will launch upon purchasing tracks and save the files to your computer.
2. Open iTunes. Install the application if you have not already.
3. Open the "My Music" folder, located in "My Documents."
4. Open the "Amazon MP3" folder within "My Music." All your Amazon MP3 purchases are stored in this folder by default.
5. Select all the MP3 files and drag them into the "Library" section of the iTunes sidebar to import them to your iTunes media library. Once imported into iTunes, you can sync the songs with your iPod or iPhone.
- When i go to purchased on the itunes home page all my purchases are gone? I just got an iphone and i'm trying to download my itunes purchases on my laptop to put on my iphone but when i go to purchases its just blank. I've downloaded stuff from there before but now its not there. My laptop IS an authorized computer.
- Transfer purchases from iPhone with Itunes 11? Now I want to transfer purchases from my iPhone to my PC using iTunes 11. Now I know that with iTunes 10 I could do it simply by right clicking my connected device and selecting "Transfer Purchases". How can I achieve this with iTunes 11 as the documentation from Apple is not updated to reflect recent interface changes done in iTunes 11. Thank you for your replies! Fixed. - My iPhone will only transfer iTunes purchases to my computer? I went from a 3gs to a 4. I transfered my purchases to my iTunes and it only transfered my purchases. How do i transfer all my music to my computer?
- ITunes help? ITunes purchases won't sync with iphone? So I have an item (an radio show-aka a "song") that shows up in my itunes as purchased, but if I go onto my phone it doesn't say that: It just tells me how much it is like I have not purchased it. I've checked in my purchased files, and it's not there on my phone. I can't sync my phone to my itunes at the moment… Is there any way to get that item onto my phone? Would re-buying it actually charge me?
