ITunes telling me to restore iPhone but i don't want to?
My iPhone 4s died earlier so i plugged it into my laptop. When it turned on again the screen said to connect to iTunes and there's no way to get out of it. When I put up iTunes on my laptop it said i had to restore and I can't remember the last time i backed up my phone! I DO NOT want to restore my phone how do i get out of this?
if there's no way out, how do i put back all of my contacts and photos from the last time i backed it up on iTunes?
It has happened to me before, there's a high chance you have lost everything on your phone, I would take it into an Apple store As soon as possible hopefully they can start it up without restoring it, they usually have the secret gadgets that no one else is allowed to have.
You may try this iPhone file manager. It can help you copy the contacts, songs, videos, photos and data from your iPhone to computer for backup. So you don't afraid losing your files during the restore. Hope it helps you.
